Ingredients of Mom's Lasagna

  1. It’s 2 tbsp of Butter.
  2. It’s 2 tbsp of Flour.
  3. It’s 1/2 liter of Semi-skimmed Milk.
  4. You need 1 of as needed Bolognese Sauce.
  5. You need 2 box of Lasagna Sheets.
  6. You need 1 packages of Grated Cheese.

Mom's Lasagna instructions

  1. To make the bechamelsauce melt the butter in a pot and add flour and milk. Stir occasionally until the sauce has thicken a bit (add more flour to thicken more or more milk to thin).
  2. Spread a little of the bolognese sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. You can also grease it with butter or olive oil, but I prefer this.
  3. Begin with a layer of lasagna sheets. Cover the entire bottom but make sure they don't overlap (break if necessary).
  4. Spread some bolognese sauce over the sheets, not to much but make sure they're all covered.
  5. Cover the bolognese sauce with bechamel sauce.
  6. Repeat these steps (sheets-bolognese-bechamel) until you reach the top of the baking dish.
  7. Finish with the grated cheese (a lot of it!).
  8. Preheat oven to 180 celsius.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  10. Grill for another 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
