  1. Prepare 2 lb of Salmon filet.
  2. It’s 1 cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce.
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of Ground ginger.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Sofrito.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Raw Honey.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Butter.
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of Franks Red Hot Sauce.
  8. You need 1 pinch of ground black pepper.

Spicy Salmon Filet instructions

  1. Set oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ginger, sofrito, honey and Franks hot sauce.
  3. Place aluminum foil on baking sheet.
  4. Break up butter into 4 pieces and place on baking sheet.
  5. Put salmon on baking sheet with the skin facing up.
  6. Mix and pour all ingredients over salmon evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 min (at the most). Turn salmon over half way through.
